Lexus Terms and conditions for Service Contract

1. This agreement shall become effective upon receipt of the applicable payment by the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center, in accordance with the approved price list assigned to each vehicle.

2. This agreement applies exclusively to individual purchases and shall not extend to corporate entities, government bodies, or any other institutional or commercial sectors.

3. This agreement is neither exchangeable nor transferable. In the event of a change in vehicle ownership, its rights shall automatically pass to the new owner, subject to the deduction of services already utilized in relation to the vehicle covered under this agreement.

4. The agreement may neither be refunded nor cancelled under any circumstances.

5. The agreement covers periodic maintenance services in accordance with the maintenance schedules approved by Toyota Motor, up to 40,000 km or for two years, whichever occurs first.

6. The agreement may be upgraded to higher tiers, subject to the applicable pricing, terms, and conditions, upon the express agreement of both parties.

7. Purchases shall be completed exclusively through the branches of the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center or its authorized dealers.

8. The customer shall present the vehicle for the 1,000 km service, which includes a complimentary oil change, applicable to Bazraa-imported vehicles only.

9. The customer shall remain committed to the prescribed periodic maintenance schedule, including engine oil replacement every 3,000 km, throughout the term of the agreement.

10. Exceeding the scheduled maintenance interval by more than 1,000 km shall result in the cancellation of the respective service, which shall thereafter be deemed no longer due.

11. The agreement includes the replacement of filters, oils, and spark plugs strictly in accordance with the approved maintenance schedule for the vehicle, and shall not extend to any additional consumable parts that may be required based on inspection findings.

12. The agreement price is inclusive of applicable sales tax.

13. Throughout the term of the agreement, the customer shall be entitled to a 15% discount on spare parts and a 10% discount on labor when any additional work is carried out.

14. This agreement applies exclusively to new vehicles imported by Bazraa and Gulf-specification vehicles only, provided that the vehicle age does not exceed two years from the agreement date, and shall not apply to vehicles imported from the United States market.

Lexus Summer Campaign Terms and Conditions May 2026

  • Valid from May 1 to June 30, 2026.

  • Applicable to Lexus models from 2015 onwards.

  • Includes a complimentary A/C health check, covering Freon levels, compressor efficiency, pipes, radiator, and evaporator.

  • Offers 15% on genuine A/C parts, subject to availability.

  • Advance booking recommended.

  • Excludes labor charges and non-A/C services.

  • Not applicable to U.S., European, or steering-converted vehicles.

  • AMTC reserves the right to revise or withdraw the offer without prior notice.

  • No liability for issues outside inspection scope or resulting from misuse.

    Lexus Ramadan Offer 2026 Terms and Conditions

Sales Offer Voucher value is based on the total vehicle purchase price and is redeemable at Lexus showrooms and After Sales facilities, and this is available during Ramadan:

  • Purchases up to USD 30,000 receive a voucher worth USD 1,500.

  • Purchases from USD 30,001 to USD 50,000 receive a voucher worth USD 3,000.

  • Purchases above USD 50,000 receive a voucher worth USD 5,000.

  • The offer applies exclusively to individual vehicle purchases.

  • The offer does not apply to corporate sales or government entities.

Package Conditions

  • The offer package is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

  • In the event the vehicle is sold, the offer will be automatically cancelled.

  • The offer package must be used within a maximum period of two years from the date of purchase.

Purchase Method

  • Vehicle purchases must be completed through our branches or through the authorized dealers of the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center (AMTC).

Offer Validity

  • The offer is available for a limited time only.

After-Sales Offer Complimentary 10-point inspection for Lexus vehicles model year 2010 and above:

  • 7 percent discount on labor

  • 7 percent discount on spare parts

  • An additional 7 percent discount on spare parts for WhatsApp bookings.

Eligible Customers

  • The offer is available to individual customers only.

Eligible Vehicles

  • The offer is valid for vehicles model year 2010 and above.

  • The offer applies to Lexus vehicles imported through the Automotive & Machinery Trading Center (AMTC), as well as Gulf-specification imported models only.

  • All terms and conditions apply.

The offer is available for a limited time only.

Trade-In Program

We accept cars from the model year 2018 and above.

We reserve the right to inspect the car and reject the exchange if necessary.

All paperwork must be complete, including ownership documents and a liability release from any accidents.

The car must not have been involved in severe accidents, and there should be no damage to the car’s structure.

The odometer reading should not exceed 80,000 kilometers. Note: The trade-in program is available exclusively for owners of Toyota and Lexus cars. Customers can exchange their cars for one of the following Lexus models: LX, RX, NX, or UX.
